Part-Time Stylist (Work From Home)

Do you have an eye for fashion? Do guys come to you for advice?

Bombfell is a monthly subscription for men's clothing built to enable guys who lack time or don't know what to buy to dress well. Members tell us their wardrobe needs and we send them a personalized selection every month. We're hiring part time stylists who will work from home and select clothing for Bombfell members using a custom-built online styling platform.

responsibilities

  • Style users using our online styling platform
  • Respond to feedback clients leave on orders within an appropriate time frame
  • Review the user’s past shipment history, style preferences and social media accounts to choose the best items from inventory for each client
  • Accommodate all user request notes to the best of your ability
  • Write genuine, friendly and professional notes to users
  • Partner with our customer service team to help resolve user issues
  • Utilize an online timesheet system to carefully keep track of all hours worked
  • When working, respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback regarding the online styling platform, company software, assortment of inventory and common user requests to our management team

requirements

  • Availability that coincides with business needs and ability to work between 20-30 hours each week
  • Access to a reliable laptop and internet
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Occasional mandatory training sessions at our headquarters in NYC
  • Must reside in NY State
  • Strong computer skills including navigating online platforms
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Strong written communication skills regarding emails and notes to clients
  • Exhibit a positive attitude
  • Motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be working towards a bachelor's degree or have a bachelor's degree

Business Operations & Customer Service Coordinator

THE ROLE

Bombfell is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to take point on the operations and customer service functions at Bombfell. The perfect candidate loves to document and improve processes, measure results, prioritize ruthlessly and just flat out get things done.

You'll work directly with the founders on business operations and do whatever it takes to keep the wheels moving, because that's what we all do and that's what makes startups awesome. From warehouse operations to customer service to fulfillment & shipping analytics, you'll wear many hats and learn everything by doing. Most importantly, you'll learn how to create order out of chaos, how to hold things together with paper clips and chewing gum and other real-world skills for startups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage fulfillment operations together with our shipping partner to ensure boxes get to customers accurately and efficiently
  • Serve as the first line resource for customer service questions and investigations. Deliver superior service and take ultimate responsibility for reacting quickly to ensure our members are happy, fat Hobbits.
  • Quickly and thoroughly solve problems for members any time deliveries or experience don't go as planned.
  • Provide thoughtful, strategic insight regarding customer needs to our product, marketing and technology teams
  • Collaborate with other functions to streamline process across and within teams - in particular with stylists, marketing and engineering.
  • Create streamlined operational dashboards, identifying the metrics for the business that matter

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be SUPER DUPER DUPER detail-oriented.

  • Must be tech-savvy and have Excel and PC profiency
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to take direction and constructive feedback.
  • Must be a college graduate.
