Jack Scott Ramsay was born in London, England, on January 2, 2000. He’s the son of the celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his wife, Tana Ramsay. Jack has four siblings; his twin sister, Holly Anna Ramsay, Matilda “Tilly,” Oscar, and Megan.

Jack Ramsay went to Dulwich College, one of the most prestigious high schools in the UK. He was an active and athletic student and participated in various extracurricular activities, including rugby, water polo, and Jiu-Jitsu. After finishing high school, Jack enrolled at Exeter University.



Jack Scott Ramsay embarked on his journey in the entertainment industry in 2015. The teen was passionate about acting and TV, so he made several appearances on his sister’s Matilda CBBC cooking show, Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch.

At the tender age of 17, Ramsay starred in the mystery drama play; The Curse of Cranholme Abbe. He got the chance to showcase his acting skills alongside fellow students from Dulwich College.

Later in 2018, news came out that Jack Ramsay would take part in Channel 4’s Born Famous TV show. The show’s idea was to give a glimpse into the life of British celebrities’ children if their parents weren’t famous. So Jack moved back to his father’s hometown, Bretch Hill, where Gordon Ramsay resided before becoming famous.

Additionally, Jack Ramsay made a guest appearance on his father’s popular show, MasterChef. Jack participated in an episode named; The Mystery Box Challenge, in which he was a guest judge who announced the winner of an intense cooking contest.

Everybody thought that Jack Ramsay would follow in his father’s footsteps and become a figure in the entertainment industry. However, his career took a huge turn when he surprisingly decided to join the Royal Marines of the British Army at the age of 20.

After graduation, he started training under chef Marco Pierre White and Albert Roux at Harvey’s and Gavroche restaurants.

Later, Gordon traveled to France and prepared classic French cuisine under the supervision of France’s master chefs. 

Ramsay’s first big break was when he returned to London and became head chef of Aubergine. Under Ramsay’s leadership, Aubergine earned two Michelin stars, making Ramsay one of the best chefs in Britain.

Gordon’s immense success at Aubergine led him to open his first solo venture in 1998, Gordon Ramsay. Within three years, the restaurant received three Michelin stars, establishing Gordon as one of the top chefs in Europe.

From there, Gordon Ramsay’s empire grew quickly as he started opening restaurants worldwide. 

The multimillion-dollar restaurant business wasn’t enough for Ramsay, so he went on and became one of the most iconic TV personalities. 

In 2004, Gordon launched two of the most popular cooking TV shows, Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, and Hell’s Kitchen

In Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, the British renowned chef takes on the challenge of transforming failing restaurants into successful businesses. Meanwhile, Hell’s Kitchen was all about teaching promising restaurateurs to become high-quality chefs.

These shows propelled Gordon Ramsay into an international celebrity status and gave him the chance to showcase his cooking skills and expertise. Ramsay’s on-screen persona is known for being loud, harsh, funny, and confrontational, which contributed to his success on TV.

Ramsay’s first appearance on TV was on ITV’s show, Dancing on Ice, when she was Stuart Widdall’s partner. Tana also had the chance to showcase her culinary skills and experience as the presenter of UKTV’s food show, Market Kitchen.

The British TV broadcaster collaborated with her husband on Gordon Ramsay’s Home Cooking to teach home cooking. She also made several guest appearances on some cooking shows, such as:

Like her brother Jack Ramsay, Megan isn’t following in her father’s footsteps. She worked in the HR department of British lifestyle brands; Beauty Pie Ltd. and White Stuff. 

Moreover, she worked as a production assistant at Studio Ramsay. After graduation, Megan had an internship at Quintessentially Travel Group.

Matilda “Tilly” Elizabeth Ramsay is an English chef, social media personality, and TV presenter. She’s most famous for being Gordon Ramsay’s daughter and the host of CBBC’s cooking show, Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch.

Tilly started her career in the entertainment industry by appearing in her father’s “The F Word” show in 2005. Years later, she became a recurring guest on her dad’s notorious show, Hell’s Kitchen. In 2015, Matilda started her own cooking show, Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch.

Holly Anna Ramsay

Holly Anna Ramsay is Jack Ramsay’s twin sister. She’s most famous for being the daughter of Gordon and Tana Ramsay and appeared several times on her father’s cooking shows. 

Additionally, she made several guest appearances on her sister’s Matilda show, Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch.

Holly is a social media influencer and occasionally advertises for clothing and accessories brands. She currently has over 300k followers on TikTok and Instagram.
