If you’re anything like me, you might be surprised to learn Joe Rogan had a daughter—I was shocked! In fact, he has three daughters with his loving wife, Jessica Ditzel.

However, today’s story is about Joe Rogan’s daughter, Kayja Rose, her bond with her father, and her promising music career.

You might not know much about Kayja Rose, but trust me, you’ll want to! Her story starts off with a little bit of sadness, but soon enough, her journey takes a turn toward passion and resilience.

Early Life

While there isn’t much information available online, I did find out that Kayja was born in Atlanta in 1996 to Jessica Ditzel—Joe Rogan’s current wife—and Kevin Connor, a former member of the R&B band H-Town.

Just before Kayja turned 8, her father passed away in a car accident, but not before leaving his mark on their life.

Becoming Joe Rogan’s Daughter

A few years after her father’s passing, Kayja’s mom, who was working as a cocktail waitress, met Joe Rogan. The two seem to hit off almost immediately and begin dating.

Soon enough, they welcomed their first daughter in 2008. Around one year later, the couple decided to tie the knot in an intimate ceremony surrounded by friends and family.

After their marriage, Joe had the brilliant idea of adopting Kayja, to ensure she doesn’t feel left out or different from her sisters.

Kayja Rose’s Career

As mentioned, while her birth father didn’t get to be a huge part of her life, it looks like parts of him still live on within her.

Kayja Rose channeled her creativity and passion into music, carving out her space in the R&B scene.

Since 2013, she’s been teasing her talents through short clips on social media, offering glimpses of her smooth vocals.

However, she finally broke through her shell in 2017, releasing her debut EP, Tipsy, a five-track project.  Since then, Kayja has continued to grow her discography with more singles.

Relationship With Her Father

While Rogan’s professional life as a podcaster, comedian, and MMA commentator often takes center stage, his role as a father is equally significant.

In a 2012 interview on The Rosie Show, Rogan spoke about the deep bond he shares with Kayja, describing her as not just a daughter but also a true friend.
