From Ali Millis to Carmen Diaz, we saw Billy Zabka’s character deal with a few love interests throughout “The Karate Kid” franchise.
In real life, however, the actor ended up with a lady by the name of Stacie. Let’s get to know Stacie Zabka a little bit better!
4 Things to Know About Stacie Zabka
If you look around, you’ll come across a lot of rumors about Johnny Lawrence’s real-life wife.
Some speculate she’s a businesswoman, while others claim she’s a finance manager. Some folks have even tried to guess her background and ethnicity. But all of that is to be taken with a grain of salt.
With that being said, here are four tidbits of information that caught my eye:

1. She Got Married to “The Karate Kid” Star in 2008
We don’t really know how and when Stacie Doss met her husband. However, she likely got to know him after his Johnny Lawrence role.
I mean, the wedding (a private ceremony) was in 2008, and the original “The Karate Kid” movie hit the theaters in 1984. So, unless they dated for 24+ years before tying the knot, they must have met when Zabka was already famous.

2. She Has Two Kids With Billy Zabka
Stacie and William Zabka have two sons together. They’ve mostly shielded their kids from the spotlight throughout their childhood. I’ll admit this is something to admire.
After all, I can’t imagine that keeping your kids’ lives private is an easy feat for a movie star. But Billy Zabka managed to do just that.
While I can’t say I know anything about Stacie Zabka’s parenting style, I do know her husband brings a camp counselor vibe to the household. He said as much during his interview with People.
The movie star also thinks that being a father positively affected his career. Since many actors pull from their lives when preparing for a role, it’s not hard to see how the experiences he had with his kids (like seeing his son being born) could have helped him deliver better performances.
3. She May (Or May Not Be) a May Girl
Some sources say she’s 46. Others say she’s over 50. Yet, most people seem to agree that she was born on May 17.
William Zabka doesn’t post about her on her birthday, either. So, there’s no way to confirm this info.
4. She Has Never Addressed the Shue Rumors Publicly
For a while, rumors about William Zabka and his co-star Elisabeth Shue (who played Ali Mills, Johnny Lawrence’s love interest) were floating around.
It’s clear that the actors had great chemistry on set. Some fans, however, read a bit too much into this chemistry, believing that Zabka and Shue must have been dating at one point.
Both actors are now married (to other people), so it’s fair to say there’s nothing romantic here. Plus, there’s no real proof the two were ever romantically involved.

Regardless, Stacie Zabka didn’t address these rumors. William Zabka didn’t address them, either. He did reveal that he and Shue had fun behind the scenes, but it all sounds like the usual co-worker sort of fun. It was mostly just them talking about their kids and playing air hockey.

Shue said she was up for an on-screen kiss with Zabka. She said she was actually “bummed” it didn’t happen but understood that it made sense (plot-wise) for Johnny not to do that. I guess some ships just aren’t meant to be.

Final Thoughts
Besides a few red carpet appearances with her husband, we haven’t seen much of Stacie Zabka.
If I had to guess, I’d say she stepped out of the public eye by choice. After all, it would have been easy for her movie star husband to post about her occasionally if that was what she wanted.
